I have had this beautiful ring for many years. It is not stamped, silver with a lot of blue stones not sure what they actually are, rhinestone or something else. It has never turned. Has almost a filigree thin metal floral design that the stones are set atop. Vans is actually adjustable. Currently at about a size 8 on my hand but will size smaller. Very beautiful costume jewelry that definitely makes a statement. Measures approx 1” in diameter.
